South Bend, Ind. (December 13, 2023) – 1st Source Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of three individuals in the Fort Wayne Region. Chrystal Kreiger was promoted to Officer of the Bank. Additionally, Andrew Skillman and Tony Patrick, both new hires, were promoted to Vice President.
Ms. Kreiger, Private Banker at 1st Source Bank, holds an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College and is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in business at Indiana Tech. She completed Kosciusko County Leadership Academy in 2015, Leadership Fort Wayne in 2018, and earned a certificate from the Pennsylvania Bankers School of Commercial Lending in 2021. She has also volunteered with Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Allen County, Blue Jacket – Mock interviews, and as a board member of Paul’s Place.
Mr. Skillman joined 1st Source Bank in August of 2023 as Business Banker and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Butler University. Although new to the Fort Wayne area, he was very involved in his previous local community, serving on the Second Helpings Board of Directors and was Board Chair at Training, Inc. He also taught financial literacy courses in his community and fundraised for the Brigade Boys and Girls Club.
Mr. Patrick took the role of Private Banking Manager in our Fort Wayne region in August of 2023. He is a graduate of Purdue with a BS in Hotel and Business Management and has his MBA from the University of Phoenix. In his community, he serves on the Bishop Dwenger High School Board of Directors and on the finance committee for St. Jude Catholic Church. Additionally, he served on the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre Board for seven years.
