How do I activate my new Resource Plus® Debit Card?
- Activate your card by calling 800-992-3808.
- Follow the voice prompts to set your PIN and/or activate your card.
- For new accounts, set your personal identification number (PIN) before selecting the prompt to activate the card.
- For reissued cards due to a lost or stolen card, set your personal identification number (PIN) before selecting the prompt to activate the card.
- For replacements of an expired or damaged card, use your current PIN for activation.
- Sign your new card.
- If you have an old card, destroy the old card by cutting it into multiple pieces, particularly around the card’s numbers.
- If you have your old card within Digital Wallet, delete it and load your new card.
How do I add my Resource Plus® Debit Card to my digital wallet?
Google Pay®:
- Open the Google Pay® app.
- Click “Get Started.”
- Select your payment method.
- Either take a photo of your card or enter your card information manually.
- Follow the prompts to contact 1st Source for final identity verification.
Apple Pay®:
To add an eligible card(s), go into “Settings,” open “Wallet & Apple Pay®” and select “Add Credit or Debit Card.” On iPhones, you can also simply open the Wallet app to add a card.
Samsung Pay®:
- Click Apps > Samsung Pay®
- Click ADD > Add your Resource Plus® debit card.
- Align your Resource Plus® debit card inside the frame. Samsung Pay® will automatically detect the card number and expiration date.
- If your device cannot detect the card information, enter card manually.
- Enter any remaining required information. Then, touch NEXT.
- Review the Terms of Service. Then, touch AGREE TO ALL.
- To authenticate your identity, you may be required to contact Customer Service 800-235-2557 to complete authentication
- Enter the OTP (One Time Password). Then, touch SUBMIT.
- Enter your signature. Then, touch SAVE. 10.To complete the process, touch DONE.
How do I add my Resource Plus® Debit Card to Google Pay®?
Open the Google Pay® app.
- Click “Get Started.”
- Select your payment method.
- Either take a photo of your card or enter your card information manually.
- Follow the prompts to contact 1st Source for final identity verification.

What happened to Mastercard™ MasterPass® and SecureCode®?
Masterpass® and SecureCode® have been replaced with Mastercard™ Click to Pay. This new way to pay combines the best of Masterpass® and SecureCode® with the latest in security and payment technology. After March 31, 2020 Masterpass® and SecureCode® accounts will no longer be available.
