If your personal information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write to us at the telephone numbers or appropriate address for changes listed on your account statements, records, online, or other account materials. - Responses to advertisements on the Site and Mobile App where we advertise.
- Log information such as your search and voice-to-text queries in the mobile app.

- Search engine referrals.
- General (e.g., city, state, or country) and precise (e.g., latitude/longitude) geolocation information with consent, for example, ATM or financial center location, fraud prevention. The 1st Source Mobile App collects location data to enable Branch and ATM Locator even when the app is closed or not in use
- Business information, such as business-related information (e.g., business name, address, revenue, and industry type), business contact, and professional information.
- Transaction information, such as transaction details when you transfer money to or from your accounts, third-party billing information or statements, credit/debit card purchases, payment or transaction history, and payment card details.
- Credit Report information, such as your credit score, credit history, and other information that we receive from credit reporting agencies.
- Demographic information, such as gender, marital status, age, citizenship, household size/composition, education information, income, occupation, veteran or military status, and employment status.
- Biometric information, such as fingerprints, voiceprints, scans of your facial geometry and keystroke patterns.
- Marketing Information, such as your marketing preferences, information about products or services we think you might like, and inferences based on your interactions with us or our partners (e.g., Online/Mobile Activity Data used for targeted advertising).
- Survey and Research Information, such as your responses to questionnaires, surveys, requests for feedback, and research activities.

As you interact with our Site and Mobile App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Site and Mobile App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site.

- SDKs – Software Development Kits (“SDKs”) are code integrated in mobile apps to connect them to third-party technologies and services, such as in-app ad displays and tools for analytics. SDKs may be used to track users with an advertising ID (such as Apple’s IDFA and Google’s Advertising ID) to identify your mobile device over time for advertising purposes. They can also be used to collect information such as geolocation or IP address.
- Third-Party Plugins – Plugins from other companies, including social media companies (for example, through a “Share” or Like” button). Plugins might collect data about your page visits and share it with the plugin creator, even if you do not click on a button. Their use is governed by the creators’ privacy policies and terms.
- Session Replay Technology – Trackers added to a user’s browser to record how they navigate a website (mouse clicks and scrolling) and interact with content.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Site and Mobile App are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. How We Use and Share Personal Information
How do we use your personal information?
Personal information collected from and about you online described in this Notice may be used for many purposes including:
- Delivering products and services to you by verifying your identity (for example when you access your account information); processing applications for products or services such as to prequalify for a mortgage, apply for a credit card, or to open a retirement account, investment account or other financial product; processing transactions; finding nearby ATMs, financial centers, and other specialized location-based services near your location; and consolidating your financial account information at one online location with services such as My Portfolio® and My Financial Picture®.
- Improving products and services, by personalizing your digital and mobile experience, recognizing users across devices and browsers, enhancing the overall Site and Mobile App organization and design, and analyzing data to enhance or create relevant alerts, products, or services.
- Providing advertising on our Site and Mobile App as well as non-affiliated third-party sites and through offline channels like financial centers, call centers, and direct marketing (for example email, mail, and phone).
- Detecting and preventing fraud, identity theft, and other risks to you or 1st Source Bank.
- Performing analytics, concerning your use of our online services, including your responses to our emails and the pages and advertisements you view.

With whom do we share your personal information?
We may share the personal information we collect from and about you online described in this Notice (and subject to other legal restrictions and notices you may have received depending on your relationship with us) with:
- Affiliates of 1st Source Bank.
- Service Providers, Vendors, and Third-Party Providers who have contracts with 1st Source Bank (including contracts to provide targeted or behavioral advertising).

Aggregated / De-identified information
Collected personal information may be aggregated and/or de-identified (we remove any details that identify you personally). We may share this aggregated and/or de-identified information with service providers, vendors, and third-party providers to help deliver products, services and content that are better tailored to the users of our online services and for our own business purposes where permissible under applicable laws and regulations. The following may also provide you with some control over your information.
- Interest-Based Advertising – We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving some targeted ads by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance Opt Out Page, Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out Page, and TrustArc Preference Manager and by adjusting the privacy settings on your mobile device.
- Manage Cookies On Your Device – You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Site and Mobile App may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Please note that due to a lack of consistent standards across browsers, our Site and Mobile App does not respond to “do not track” browser settings.
- Google – The Site and Mobile App sends aggregated information to Google Analytics for the purpose of providing us with the ability to conduct technical and statistical analysis on the Site and Mobile App’s performance. Social Media
We have official pages on social media platforms like [Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Pinterest, YouYube, and LinkedIn. When you engage with us there, we may gather information such as your likes, interests, and preferences. Social media companies may collect and share information about you with us.

Children’s Privacy
We recognize the importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. Our Site and Mobile App are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that these individuals do not provide personal information through our Site and Mobile App. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13. If a child who we know to be under age 13 sends personal information to us online, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, notify parents, or seek parental consent.
