How do I get started with Money Management?
Set up your account – Log in to your Online Banking and click “Money Management”. Your accounts will sync to Money Management. You can also add accounts with other financial institutions, accounts for property, like homes or vehicles or accounts that are not supported or are broken to get your full financial picture.
Categorize transactions – After you’ve added accounts open the Transactions View and review your transactions for accuracy. Transactions are automatically categorized for you, but may need to be re-categorized.
Create budgets – With your transactions correctly categorized, you can easily create budgets based on your actual spending history. Open Budgets and follow the instructions to generate a budget.
How quickly is my account updated?
All your accounts (including the home page, and the Outside Accounts and Budgets widgets are updated when you open Money Management. A refresh also occurs nightly.
How do I delete an account?
Click Accounts View and click on the account you want to delete. Click on the trash can icon and confirm. This will erase all historical balance and transaction data. Note: You can’t delete an account from your primary institution, so you will not see a trash can icon. You can, however, exclude a primary account by clicking on “exclude from App” in the transaction detail view. This will exclude the account and its transactions from being calculated into your budgets, spending, etc.
