| 1st Source Bank recently re-issued Resource (ATM) and Resource Plus (debit) cards. We did this to maintain security for our customers, and to avoid the hassle of possible fraudulent charges. The letter we sent with your new card informed you that your old card would be deactivated shortly.
- All old cards have now been deactivated and it's important that you activate your new card immediately. Follow these 3 easy steps:
- Call 866-389-8841
- Enter the last 7 digit s of your new card by using the key pad on a touch tone phone
- Enter the 4 digit PIN associated with your old card by using the key pad on a touch tone phone

Payments Auto-Debited with Debit Cards
If you have used your old Resource Plus Card to have payments automatically deducted from your checking account, you will need to notify these companies and provide them with your new card number. Your old card has been closed; therefore, all payments you set up to be charged to your old card will be rejected.
To avoid this situation in the future, why not set your bills up to be automatically withdrawn from your checking account or use the bill pay feature that comes with your Online Banking.
Online Banking
If you registered for Online Banking and used the last 7 digits of your old Resource or Resource Plus Card as your User ID, you may continue using the numbers on your old card to access your online account. Do not use the last 7 digits of your new card.
