Corporate Training Program

The Corporate Training Program at 1st Source is comprehensive and well-respected. The opportunities available to trainees are as diverse as the people who make up the program.

The 1st Source Corporate Training Programs include 12 -18 months of extensive, hands-on training in retail and business banking, bank operations, and various course sessions (classroom and online) through Learning and Development. The Corporate Training Programs are designed to prepare candidates for high impact sales roles in retail or business banking.

To participate in our Corporate Training Programs individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree
• Strong Liberal Arts education with course work in Mathematics, English, Sciences, and Communications
• Minimum GPA requirement
• Excellent quantitative and organizational skills
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in new environments and learning a variety of skills
• Ability to establish rapport and above average listening skills are essential
